What is IAMCP?
IAMCP is a professional association organized in local chapters that is dedicated to assisting members in business development. The chapter activities are aimed at helping Microsoft Partners broaden their base of business opportunities within their own communities and around the world through partnering among IAMCP members. It's a great way to be equipped to offer your client complete solutions without the expense of keeping a full house of certified individuals on your payroll. Business development and bottom line profit are our goals.

What is the focus of the chapter meetings?
The chapter meetings offer several benefits. They enable Partners to meet each other and get to know what talents are available through others in their chapter. It also allows members the chance to interact face to face with Microsoft locally. The chapter meetings also typically have a speaker on business development topics.
What happens if there's no chapter in my city?
You have two choices.:
1) You can help start a chapter with the help of the IAMCP Business Office and your local Microsoft rep
2) you can join IAMCP as a "Member-at-Large".
What's a Member-at-Large?
Members at large live in areas without a local chapter. Joining at this level offers the member benefits including rights to the private section of the IAMCP Web site, database of partners and benefits sponsors offer.
Do I have to be a member to attend a local chapter meeting?
Most chapters allow you to attend a meeting or two to explore the possibilities of membership. Check with your local chapter for more details.
